HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHING
Powertek uses industrial, hot water pressure washers to steam-clean a variety of surfaces to remove all kinds of stains, dirt, and debris. We are equipped to clean concrete, stone pavers, and exposed aggregate.
Low Pressure Soft Wash
For homes with Vinyl or Hardy Plank siding, we use a low pressure soft wash method that lightly applies a unique and environmentally safe cleaning solution which cleans your home of mildew and algae without the high pressure that can cause damage your siding. A low pressure soft wash will be used on all trim, soffit, and siding to ensure that your exterior's appearance is not diminished.
Wood staining
Along with our pressure washing services, we also offer quality wood staining. We recommend using TWP 200 Series Wood and Deck Stain that is a 94%+ solids, penetrating finish designed to extend the life of exterior wood such as decking, fencing, and cedar shake siding and shingles. This contains a paraffin oil that enhances the wood cells structural ability while improving the wood's life and appearance. TWP 200 Series is offered in a variety of colors for you to choose from.
Before we stain your deck or fence, we will start by bringing in our professional grade pressure washer to remove all dirt and residue that has collected from foot traffic and weather. While pressure washing will make wood look new again, staining is essential in keeping it protected and lasting longer. Restoring the wood's natural oils will protect it from the harsh UV Rays and water that breaks it down throughout the year. We are equipped to stain decks, fences, porches, railings, and even mailboxes.
Gutter Cleaning
Rain gutters are something we take for granted until they start overflowing. If your gutters are not maintained regularly, they may become damaged due to the high density of muddy water that may cause gutters to sag down and pull away from the fascia boards. This could lead to damage such as wood rot, mildew, foundation damage due to overflow of water, and can even attract pesky mosquitoes. Cleaning your gutters can be a dangerous job as well. There's no need to hassle with tall ladders - we'll do the work. To make things easier, we can schedule to clean your gutters during your next pressure washing.
Hardscape Cleaning
Hardscapes including brick and stone patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers often develop mildew and collect dirt from runoff and standing water. Concrete Sealing
Powertek will customize our approach to concrete coatings based upon our client's needs. Please note that specific humidity and temperatures must be met in order to successfully seal your concrete. Generally we recommend the following:
Epoxy coating for garage floors subject to vehicle traffic. These epoxies produce a hard, chemical and solvent resistant finish that help protect your concrete from water, alkali, and acids. A variety of epoxy colors and flakes are available.
